It’s Time to Reimagine Orientation for Adult Learners

ReUp truly assisted each campus in identifying areas of improvement. They reviewed and evaluated current practices and policies as part of an ongoing process, and systematically focused on scaling successful efforts.

Our partnership has allowed us to better understand why students need to leave the university, and what we need to do to get them back and to finish their degrees. Through ReUp, we understand where our procedures may be a potential roadblock for students and make some improvements.

ReUp’s Learner Services team has done a great job compiling a needs assessment that is deployed at the start of every semester. This gives us insight into what our students are dealing with at the moment and helps us create really nimble and flexible strategies to help our students get through that year or semester.
